As a Panel Saw Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by efficiently operating panel saw machines to cut materials according to specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that all products meet our high standards.Key Responsibilities:- Machine Operation: Operate panel saw machines to cut wood and other materials into specified sizes. You will be responsible for setting up the machine according to job specifications and monitoring its performance.- Quality Checks: Regularly inspect the dimensions and quality of cut materials to ensure they meet required standards. You will need to identify any defects and make necessary adjustments.- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the panel saw machine to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This includes checking for wear and tear and addressing minor issues promptly.- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery to create a safe work environment. You will need to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production targets and timelines. Good communication skills will be essential in coordinating tasks and sharing job updates.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience operating panel saw machines. A 12th-grade education is required. Physical stamina and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
