Role Summary: (Fix Term Employment Project- 6 months to 1 year)We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Wiring Electrician to assemble, wire, and test electrical controlpanels according to engineering drawings and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-onexperience in panel wiring, electrical components installation, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities-- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.- Assemble and wire electrical control panels, PLC panels, MCC panels, and distribution boards.- Mount electrical components such as relays, contactors, MCBs, VFDs, terminal blocks, and power supplies.- Perform internal panel wiring and ferruling as per standards.- Ensure proper cable routing, dressing, and labelling.- Conduct continuity testing and basic electrical testing.- Troubleshoot wiring issues and rectify faults.- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.- Coordinate with design and quality teams for panel inspection and testing.Required Skills & Qualifications: - Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in electrical panel wiring. - Knowledge of industrial electrical standards and safety practices. - Ability to read and understand technical drawings. - Familiarity with tools such as crimping tools, wire strippers, multimeters, and testing equipment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with panel wiring. - Knowledge of VFD and control systems wiring. - Basic understanding of control logic. - Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team.Remuneration as per MNC standards

Key Responsibilities Installation & WiringSystem Setup: Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics to plan the layout of wiring and equipment.Hardware Assembly: Install and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and other components.Infrastructure: Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors; install brackets and hangers to support electrical equipment. Maintenance & TroubleshootingPreventive Maintenance: Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair.Fault Finding: Use testing devices such as multimeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to diagnose causes of electrical problems.Component Replacement: Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Safety & ComplianceRegulatory Standards: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.Safety Protocols: Follow strict LOTO (Lock-Out, Tag-Out) procedures to ensure equipment is de-energized before performing maintenance.Testing: Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to ensure compatibility and safety of the system.
