Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Travel & Tour Executive to handle Visa processing, Flight bookings, and Tour packages efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Visa HandlingProcess tourist, visit, and employment visasCoordinate with embassies, portals, and suppliersVerify documents and ensure timely approvalsHandle customer follow-ups and visa status updatesFlight OperationsHandle domestic & international flight bookingsIssue, reissue, cancel tickets and manage refundsProvide best fare options to customersCoordinate with airlines and GDS systemsTours & HolidaysSell inbound & outbound tour packagesCustomize tour itineraries as per customer requirementsCoordinate hotels, transport, sightseeing & DMCsHandle group and FIT tour arrangementsSales & Customer ServiceAchieve assigned sales targetsHandle B2B & B2C clients professionallyProvide after-sales support and resolve issuesMaintain customer records and daily sales reportsRequirements:Minimum 25 years experience in travel & tourismStrong knowledge of Visa, Air Ticketing & Tour operationsGood communication skills in English (other languages an advantage)Sales-oriented with customer-handling skillsAbility to work under targets and deadlines

Job Responsibilities:Provide the best and enthusiastic tour plan and package as per the clients requirementHave to provide End-End services to customers, from ticket booking, planning the hotel, creating itinerary, organising local transport, etc.,Identifying the right customer and providing right Solution accordinglyShould be able to maintain a good relationship with customer and ensure retentionShould be able to resolve any issues while on tripEnsure providing all travel related documents like guide, itinerary, maps to clientsEnsure daily reporting and must ensure datas are secured and confidentiality is maintained as per the company policiesAble to book tickets, Hotel reservation, organise cabs, Passport , organise Visa and budgetingShould be able to provide budget and capable of handling the tour within the budgetEnsure in achieving the target and organisation growthMust be able to adopt to the new technologies and do travel plan accordinglyMust be able to provide an exclusive travel plan for both Domestic and InternationalMust be committed and process driven personnelRequirements:Bachelors Degree in any majorPrior experience as a Travel agent is added advantageStrong knowledge in Travel planning is mustBooking tickets and hotels, Organising VisaExcellent Communication Skill and Multilingualism is an added advantageExcellent negotiation and order closingMust have knowledge in travelling softwares and MS officeMust have a complete knowledge in travelling proceduresNote: Walk-in on Wednesday and Saturday (ALL WEEKS)Salary: Rs.13000/- to Rs.20000/- + Travel Allowance + Incentives (Performance)Job Type: Full-timePay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
