We're a growing D2C brand (Zevix) looking for a full-time Customer Support Executive to join our small team.What you'll do:Call and WhatsApp customers to confirm COD (cash-on-delivery) ordersFollow up on abandoned carts and answer customer queries the same dayCoordinate with our packing team to track order status and shipmentsMaintain daily records of orders, follow-ups, and customer responsesWhat we're looking for:Clear spoken Hindi/Hinglish (English is a plus)Comfortable making outbound calls all dayBasic smartphone/WhatsApp/computer familiarityReliable, organized, and able to work independentlyExperience: Freshers welcome. Prior telecalling, BPO, or retail customer service experience is a plus but not required.Work hours: Mon-Sat, 10 AM-7 PMWork type: In-office
