Ltd. is looking for 2 reliable and hardworking Office Boys to support daily administrative and housekeeping operations at our corporate office in Bargarh. The ideal candidate will be punctual, courteous, and capable of managing multiple support tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, workstations, and common areasPrepare and Serve tea, coffee and water to staff, management, visitors.Knowledge on preparing foods like Magi, Pasta, chicken & rice will be an added advantage.Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic documentation supportHandle courier and postal dispatch/receiptAssist in arranging meeting rooms and setting up for meetings/eventsRun errands such as purchasing office suppliesSupport pantry management and ensure adequate stock of consumablesAssist other departments with basic administrative tasks as neededEnsure office equipment and furniture are well maintainedKey Skills Required:Basic communication skills (Odia/Hindi; basic English preferred)Punctuality and strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and manage time effectivelyGood interpersonal skills and a helpful attitudeBasic understanding of office etiquette and hygiene practicesPhysical stamina for routine movement and light tasksEligibility:Education: 10th or 12th PassExperience: 1-2 years in an Office Boy or similar support role like office peonAge: Max age limit is 35 yearsAvailability Type: Immediate joiners preferredInterested candidates please send your updated resume to admin@homelys.in
