Job descriptionJob Summary:The Office Boy/Peon will be responsible for performing various routine and basic administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.Key Responsibilities:Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.Handle cleaning and maintenance of the office premises (including desks, pantry, and meeting rooms).Open and close office premises as needed.Collect and deliver documents or parcels within or outside the office.Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as instructed.Assist in maintaining office supplies and informing admin when replenishment is needed.Perform errands and bank-related tasks when necessary.Support staff in day-to-day activities as required.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum education: 10th Grade (Matriculation) or equivalent.Basic reading and writing skills.Honest, punctual, and reliable.Physically fit and presentable.Polite and respectful behavior.Experience:02 years of experience in a similar role (preferred, but not mandatory).
