Partner-Driven Revenue Generationo Own an annual partner-driven revenue quota of 1015 Cr.o Drive joint sales opportunities with MSPs, SIs and OEM partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, security OEMs).o Influence and close enterprise deals via channel ecosystem. Partner Hunting & Acquisitiono Identify and onboard new high potential partners across India & Global.o Negotiate partner agreements, margin structures and joint business plans.o Prioritize partners with CISO/CIO enterprise relationships. Partner Enablement & Activationo Train partners on cybersecurity offerings (SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intel).o Ensure partners are certified and motivated to push our solutions.o Build playbooks, joint GTM plans and incentive programs to maximize activity. Co-Selling & Joint Account Planningo Run joint pipeline reviews and forecast calls with partners.o Map target accounts with partner sales teams and execute joint account plans.o Participate in co-branded events, webinars and executive roundtables. Ecosystem Expansiono Build strong alliances with cloud providers, OEMs and system integrators.o Ensure our offerings are listed in AWS/Azure/Google marketplaces.o Structure reseller & MSSP programs with attractive incentives and enablement. Reporting & Disciplineo Maintain partner pipeline and deal progression in CRM.o Provide leadership with quarterly partner business reviews (PBRs).o Track ROI from each partner relationship and cut underperformers.
