Clinical Excellence:To supervise nurses and patient caregivers clinical performance on the field and ensure good patient careResponsible for clinical documentation and take appropriate corrective steps/actions wherever they come across any problemDeveloping protocols for patient assessment and managementResponsible for identification of training need and gap analysisAssist in implementing and standardizing assessment and treatment protocolsResponsible for on-job training of nurses on the fieldTo regularly update the senior authorities in the company regarding clinical matters on the fieldB. Operations and Supervisory:Willing and responsible for client home/hospital visits before on-boarding/enrolling patients under Jyeshtha Care ServicesReport daily to our senior manager about the requirements in the field and coordinate with supply change management team in procuring the required equipment's or consumables in a timely mannerSubmit reports as per protocol to the senior managerProtects the reputation of the company by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures laid down by the companyAble to build and maintain client relationshipsMeet Key persons in Hospitals & other important places, to generate new clients for the organizationAny other work assigned by the senior managementRequired Candidate profileEducation: GNM or BSc or MSc NursingCertification: Valid Nursing Council RegistrationExperience: 3-5 years in ICU or critical care; prior work experience in Home Healthcare is an advantageShould have his / her own pool of experienced home care nurses and patient caregiversLanguage: should be proficient in speaking English, Hindi, MarathiKnowledge in MS Office and MS Excel / Google Sheets
