Plan, Develop,Organize ,Implement,Evaluate & direct the nursing service departments.Monitor the leave granting of Nursing Personnel.2.Monitor the In-service/Education.3.Constant Vigilance with current rules, regulations & guidelines that governn the long-term care facility with the help of Medical Superintendent.4.Continuous motivating the staff regarding high standard of care.5.Do timely & biasfree Performance appraisal.6.Develop,Maintain & periodically update the nursing service procedures manual and nursing service objectives & Philosophy.7.Assist the CQI Committee in developing and implementing appropraite plans of action to correct identified deficiencies.8.Prepare & Overseeing the department Budgets.9.Interacting with Doctors.team members ,staff & patients & family members.10.Active Participation in Interdisciplinary team activity.11.Active Participation in nursing quality activity.12.Participate in the formulation of nursing services, Objectives & Policies.13.To keep Medical Superintendent /Managing Director updated about day to day nursing services.14.To take ground round with the Administrative Personnel regularly.15.Dealing problems & crisis during ward round.16.To Check quality of food in canteen.17.Plan Wards Management with the nursing of each unit/ward.18.Conduct regualr physcial verification of hospital's stock , initiate condemnation of old & worn out articles & procurement of new articles.19.Act as a Public Relations officer of the unit and deal with the Problems faced by the Nursing Sister.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day administration of nursing services.Prepare and manage the daily duty roster of nursing personnel.Supervise nursing services in the Inpatient Department (IPD), Operation Theatre (OT), and Critical Care Units.Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and nursing standards.Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.
