The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients health, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patients and their families to improve quality of life.Key Responsibilities:* Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications and injections.* Monitor vital signs and overall health conditions, and maintain accurate patient records.*Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.*Educate patients and their families about care plans, medication management, and health maintenance.*Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for patient care.*Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure patient safety at all times.*Maintain hygiene and infection control standards in the home environment.*Report any changes in patient conditions to supervisors or physicians.Requirements:Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM)Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalentExperience: 1-3 years of experience in home care, hospital, or clinical nursingSkills:Compassionate and patient-focusedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in home settingsKnowledge of basic medical procedures and emergency care
