we are seeking a compassionate and skilled home care nurse to provide professional healthcare services to patients in their homes. the nurse will be responsible for assessing patients- health, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patients and their families to improve quality of life.

key responsibilities:

* provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications and injections.

* monitor vital signs and overall health conditions, and maintain accurate patient records.

*assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

*educate patients and their families about care plans, medication management, and health maintenance.

*coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for patient care.

*respond promptly to emergencies and ensure patient safety at all times.

*maintain hygiene and infection control standards in the home environment.

*report any changes in patient conditions to supervisors or physicians.

requirements:

education: diploma or degree in nursing ( nursing / gnm / anm)

certification: registered nurse (rn) license or equivalent

experience: 1-3 years of experience in home care, hospital, or clinical nursing

skills:

compassionate and patient-focused

strong communication and interpersonal skills

ability to work independently in home settings

knowledge of basic medical procedures and emergency care
