Hiring Fresher - Home Care Nurse - Puducherry

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide professional healthcare services to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients- health, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patients and their families to improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications and injections.

* Monitor vital signs and overall health conditions, and maintain accurate patient records.

*Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

*Educate patients and their families about care plans, medication management, and health maintenance.

*Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for patient care.

*Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure patient safety at all times.

*Maintain hygiene and infection control standards in the home environment.

*Report any changes in patient conditions to supervisors or physicians.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing ( Nursing / GNM / ANM)

Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in home care, hospital, or clinical nursing

Skills:

Compassionate and patient-focused

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in home settings

Knowledge of basic medical procedures and emergency care
