We are looking for a dedicated Female Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Malad West, Mumbai. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, who have completed at least their 10th grade education. Key Responsibilities:1. **Patient Care**: Provide compassionate and professional care to patients by monitoring their health, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. 2. **Clinical Support**: Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.3. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs and treatment histories, to facilitate proper healthcare delivery.4. **Communication**: Engage with patients and families to explain treatment plans and address any questions or concerns regarding care.5. **Hygiene and Safety**: Ensure all medical equipment and patient areas are clean and sanitized, following infection control protocols to promote a safe environment. Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate must be a compassionate caregiver with strong communication skills. They should be detail-oriented, able to work efficiently under pressure, and possess good organizational abilities. Understanding basic medical terminologies and procedures is essential. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting is also important.

Key Responsibilities:Appoint, activate, and manage distributors across the Mumbai region.Drive business development in hospitals, nursing homes, ICUs, OTs, and daycare centers.Build and strengthen relationships with technicians, purchase influencers, and key institutional stakeholders.Achieve regional primary and secondary sales targets while ensuring stock availability, collections, and distributor support.Execute product launches, institution activations, distributor meets, and demand-generation initiatives.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the region.Recruit, mentor, and manage the regional sales team as the business scales.Track competitor activities, pricing, and institutional opportunities, and provide regular market intelligence to the Zonal Sales Manager.

Giving injections and IV to patients.Assist patients with their pre-operative and post-operative care.Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the doctor.Assist in clinical procedures, including IVF and Endoscopy.Managing OPD and IPD

Require Patient Caretaker for 24 hrs duty
