We are seeking a Tool Room Manager to oversee our tool room operations in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This role demands a proactive individual committed to maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Tool Room Operations: Manage daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tool-making processes.2. Supervision of Staff: Lead and motivate a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance and support to achieve productivity goals.3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of tools and equipment, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for production needs and conducting regular audits.4. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to enhance tool performance and reduce defects, ensuring that all products meet industry standards.5. Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for all tools and machinery, minimizing downtime and prolonging tool life.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team and drive performance. Job DescriptionKnowledge of Tool Room activities.Knowledge of Tool Room machines and equipment.Coordination with tooling vendors.Coordination with the Tool Room team for day-to-day activities.Daily Tool Room planning and adherence to the production plan.Responsible for delivering tools as per the production plan.Coordination with the NPD & QC team for trial product verification and ISIR (T0, T01, T02).Handling all new tool trial activities (T0, T01, T02).Coordination of tool movement activities with vendors and the Stores department.Industry Preference: Manufacturing Industry (Preferably Rubber Industry)
