Non litigation- Real estate-4+ years in law firm- immediate joiner requiredLocation: Fort,Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaExperience Required: 4-5 yearsJob Responsibilities: Drafting, vetting, and reviewing real estate documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, MOUs, and title reports. Conducting due diligence, title verification, and legal research on real estate matters. Advising clients on property transactions, regulatory compliance, and land laws. Coordinating with government authorities for property registrations and approvals. Assisting in dispute resolution and litigation related to real estate matters.Key Responsibilities: Research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice. Collaborate with senior advocates and associates on complex cases. Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India. Proficiency in Marathi is required. Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, land acquisition, and contracts. Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and research skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and work independently.
