NOC Level 1 & L2 Technician:Responsibilities:Monitor network systems and infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance.Respond to alerts and notifications generated by monitoring tools.Perform initial troubleshooting of network and system issues.Document all incidents and escalate unresolved problems to Level 2 technicians.Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups and software updates.Provide technical support to end-users and assist with basic network-related inquiries.Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Continuously update knowledge of network technologies and industry trends.Profile L2NOC Level 2 (L2) Technician:Responsibilities:Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated network and system issues.Analyze network performance data and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement solutions to enhance network reliability and performance.Mentor and provide guidance to Level 1 technicians.Participate in the design and implementation of network infrastructure projects.Create and maintain documentation, including network diagrams and standard operating procedures.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical issues.Conduct periodic audits and assessments of network systems.Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new technologies.Provide on-call support and participate in after-hours maintenance activities as needed.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in network administration or technical support role.In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).Experience with network security principles and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
