Job Title: NPD EngineerWork Location: Delhi & PantnagarDivision/Department: NPDReports to: Key Responsibilities: 1) Define Strategies for new project.2) Costing & Negotiation with Suppliers.3) Finalize development time line.4) Responsible for development of new products, Moulds, Jig & Fixture.5) Facilitate smooth execution of New Product development to achieve the customers time line and desire quality.General Responsibilities: 1) New Product Development 2) Lead actions on annual improvement plans to improve NPD & Project activity.3) Regular Monitoring of development activity & documentation for new products as per APQP.4) Take up Corrective and preventive action to eliminate Non Conformance.5) Monthly update of NPD trends and cycle time of various function.Educational Qualification:Under-Graduate Post-Graduate **Graduate Diploma Work Experience: 2 To 4 Years, LevelKnowledge Requirements:1) Must have Knowledge of development functions.2) Must have Knowledge of documentation.3) Required relevant experience in Filter segment.4) Must have knowledge of Mould development.5) Must have knowledge of plastic injection moulding process.6) Costing.Physical/Time Requirements:

Excutive/Asst. Manager-New Product DevelopmentExperience - 4 to 6YearCTC- 4 to 7 LPASheet matal Industry Experience Required. Responsible for Conducting CFT Meeting and Preparation of All Process Documentation During Product Development Stage. Managing New Product Feasibility Study and Define their Input to Output Requirements with Associated Risks. Managing all Activities Related to Part Development including Material Selection, Tool Trail, Testing, Validation, Pilot Stage Quality Issue Closer and Countermeasure Implementation. Manage the Entire Documentation Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval process (PPAP), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) as per Customer Specific Requirement. Implementing why-why analysis for monitoring of CTQs in Manufacturing processes to ensure products reliability. Comprehensive Technical Knowledge for Process Quality Continual Improvement, Poke-yoke (Error Proofing), PPM Reduction, Customer Rejections, etc.

Have good exp in 2D and 3D products designing. Draw a new products as per client need . To use Latest software version of drawing Have good command in Autocad and other software that we use for drawing or develop new products.
