We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurosurgeon to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical and surgical care to patients with neurological disorders, injuries, or conditions.Key Responsibilities:1. Diagnose and treat neurological disorders, injuries, or conditions, such as brain tumors, aneurysms, spinal cord injuries, and stroke.2. Perform surgical procedures, such as craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and stereotactic surgeries.3. Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment.4. Develop and implement treatment plans, including surgery, medication, and rehabilitation.5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as neurologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide comprehensive care.6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and technologies in neurosurgery.7. Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.8. Educate and train residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals in neurosurgical procedures.

Core duties is establishing a plan of care for kidney patients. It's centered around slowing the progress of kidney disease, and incorporates diet and lifestyle changes, as well as close control over medications. Many common drugs used to treat other diseases can aggravate kidney disease, including over-the-counter painkillers. The nephrologist must review all of a patient's medications to minimize unnecessary risks, and identify potentially harmful interactions between otherwise-beneficial drugs. When the kidneys become seriously impaired, the nephrologist will usually order a course of dialysis, which mechanically cleanses the blood in much the same way healthy kidneys do. Ultimately, many patients require a kidney transplant to survive. The transplant surgery is performed by a urologist, but the nephrologist is responsible for managing the patient's care before and after the surgery, to maximize the likelihood of a successful outcome.
