Position: QC Engineer Mechanical / Quality InspectionLocation: 702/ B2 GIDC Ind Estate, Makarpura, vadodara-390010Experience Required: 24 yearsIndustry: Engineering, Manufacturing, CNC, Fabrication, Heavy EngineeringJob Responsibilities:Perform inspection of engineering components as per drawings and specifications.Carry out NDT testing as Level II certified engineer ( LPT Only).Interpret NDT results and prepare reports.Use measuring instruments such as:Vernier CaliperMicrometer (OD , ID , Depth)Height GaugeBore GaugeDial IndicatorThread Gauge & Surface PlateRead and understand engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.Handle in-process, final, and incoming inspections.Prepare inspection reports (IR), NCR, and quality documentation.Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.Maintain calibration records of instruments.Ensure compliance with ISO / customer quality standards.Candidate Requirements:Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.NDT Level II Certification (ASNT / PCN / ISNT) mandatory.Strong knowledge of inspection instruments and NDT procedures.Experience in machining, fabrication, casting, or manufacturing industries.Knowledge of ISO 9001, process control & documentation.Good reporting and communication skills.
