This role involves working closely with various departments, analyzing quality data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100) and regulatory requirements relevant to India.Process Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement within manufacturing or service processes. Responsibilities:NDT Training and Learning: Undergo structured training in various Non-Destructive Testing methods (e.g., VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, ET) and related theory, equipment operation, and safety procedures.Assisting with NDT Inspections: Assist certified NDT technicians and engineers in performing NDT inspections on various materials and components at our facility and potentially at client sites in and around Shahada.Equipment Handling and Calibration (Under Supervision): Learn to handle, set up, and calibrate NDT equipment accurately under the guidance of experienced personnel.Performing Basic NDT Tests: With increasing proficiency and under direct supervision, perform basic NDT tests following established procedures and work instructions.Data Acquisition and Recording: Learn to collect and record inspection data accurately and efficiently.Basic Interpretation of Results (Under Guidance): Begin to learn the basic interpretation of NDT indications and anomalies with guidance from senior team members.Documentation and Reporting (Learning Phase): Assist in preparing basic inspection reports and maintaining accurate records of tests performed.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, radiation safety procedures (if applicable), and company policies at all times, ensuring a safe working environment in Shahada and at client locations.Understanding Codes and Standards: Learn about relevant national and international NDT codes, standards, and specifications applicable to the industries we serve in the region.Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in learning and identifying opportunities for improving NDT processes and techniques.Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and potentially clients in Marathi and Hindi.
