Collaborate closely with the business development to translate client needs into executable plans. Build and mentor teams of SMEs, TLs, and annotators; conduct onboarding and training as needed. Handle project escalations, risk mitigation, and quality control independently. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across process, productivity, and quality.
