Corporate Sales BD will be responsible for selling products or services to businesses, as opposed to selling to individual consumers and also be responsible for new business generation including making cold calls, telemarketing, visiting customers, generating leads into sales , and also converting new customers into long-term accounts Identifying potential customers and understanding their needs Developing proposals that meet the customers needs Negotiating prices and terms of sale Closing sales and achieving targets. To prepare techno commercial proposals for Consultancy works based on the guidance of HOD / Management.8. Tender identification from tender info. daily mails and newspapers, understanding & sharing the relevant tender. 9. To have Inter departmental Co-ordinate and within department for proper & timely submissions.10. Follow up with client for closure of the proposal, negotiations, and acceptance of the work orders.11. On acceptance of WO, to ensure handing of Project file to Concerned Dept.12. In-case of job loss, inform the concerned department / management, prepare job loss analysis.13. To look for new business opportunities in various media.14. Sending introduction to new prospective clients and carryout meeting / presentations, Preparing marketing documents for ad/brochures / literatures, if required.15. To monitor, upgrade promotional tools i.e. company profile a website periodically.16. To update / monitor the marketing register for daily updates17. Assist assistants for preparation of MIS for management.
