We are looking for a Moulding Engineer based in Chakan, Pune, with 2 to 5 years of experience in the moulding process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of moulding machines used in manufacturing.Key responsibilities include:1. Mould Design and Development: Collaborate with the design team to create and improve mould designs that enhance production efficiency and product quality.2. Process Optimization: Monitor and analyze the moulding process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce defects and waste.3. Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain moulding machines, ensuring they function optimally and adhere to safety standards.4. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of moulded products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.5. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any production issues related to moulding processes quickly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Required skills and expectations include a strong understanding of moulding technologies, excellent analytical abilities for process improvements, and good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
