This may include replacing screens, batteries, connectors, and other components as needed to restore the device to full functionality.- Conduct thorough testing: After repairing or replacing parts, the Mobile Repair Technician must conduct thorough testing to ensure that the device is working properly. This involves checking for any remaining issues and verifying that all features are functioning correctly.- Provide customer service: Mobile Repair Technicians are often required to interact with customers to understand the issues with their devices and provide estimates for repair costs.
