By ensuring quick and effective solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our strategic objective of excellence in customer care and service.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a variety of mobile devices.Perform repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and component-level repairs.Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure they are fully functional.Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding repair status, costs, and timelines.Manage and maintain repair logs and inventory of parts and tools.Stay updated with the latest mobile technology and repair techniques.Required Skills & QualificationsWe are seeking a candidate with an academic backgroundspecifically, a Plus Two or any Degreeand 2-5 years of experience in mobile device repair. Ideal candidates will possess:Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering, and micro-soldering.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and great communication skills.Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail electronics environment is highly advantageous. A history of successful repairs on a diverse range of mobile brands and models is a plus.
