We are looking for a Mining Supervisor to join our team in Dhanbad. As a Mining Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily mining operations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Mining Operations:** You will monitor the daily activities in the mining area, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.- **Ensure Safety Compliance:** It is your duty to enforce safety regulations to protect all workers and equipment in the mining site, reducing risks of accidents.- **Train Staff:** You will provide guidance and training for new employees, ensuring they understand their roles and follow safety procedures.- **Report and Document Activities:** Regularly, you will prepare reports on production, safety incidents, and operational issues to keep management informed.- **Coordinate with Other Teams:** You will work closely with engineers and other departments to ensure seamless operation and address any problems that arise.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must be male and should have completed at least the 12th grade.
