We are looking for a Mining Supervisor to join our team in Dhanbad. As a Mining Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily mining operations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Mining Operations:** You will monitor the daily activities in the mining area, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.

- **Ensure Safety Compliance:** It is your duty to enforce safety regulations to protect all workers and equipment in the mining site, reducing risks of accidents.

- **Train Staff:** You will provide guidance and training for new employees, ensuring they understand their roles and follow safety procedures.

- **Report and Document Activities:** Regularly, you will prepare reports on production, safety incidents, and operational issues to keep management informed.

- **Coordinate with Other Teams:** You will work closely with engineers and other departments to ensure seamless operation and address any problems that arise.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must be male and should have completed at least the 12th grade. Though experience is not required, a strong interest in the mining industry is essential. Candidates should demonstrate good leadership abilities, as managing a team effectively is crucial. Good communication skills are important for relaying instructions clearly and working with others.
