- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various departments and systems to create regular and ad-hoc reports for management.- Design and implement standardized reporting templates and ensure consistency and accuracy in the data provided to stakeholders.- Ensure the efficient operation of the companys MIS software and systems, identifying and troubleshooting issues that may arise.- Analyze business data to help management make informed decisions regarding operations, resources, and future strategies.- Maintain, update, and manage company databases to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.- Develop and customize reports for different departments as required, including sales, finance, HR, and project management.- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and data provided to internal teams and clients.- Support project managers with data analysis, status tracking, and reporting on project progress.- Assist in the implementation of new MIS software or upgrades to existing systems to improve reporting capabilities.- Collaborate with departments like HR, finance, sales, and operations to gather the necessary data for reporting and analysis.- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all MIS procedures, reports, and systems to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.- Ensure all data and reports comply with industry regulations, company policies, and data protection standards.
