We are looking for a Foundry Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have experience of 1 to 6 years in foundry operations and will play a key role in our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve foundry processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. This involves identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline operations.- Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for die casting and other processes, ensuring that they meet the required specifications for durability and performance.- Quality Control: Monitor the production process and conduct regular inspections to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer requirements.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues during the production cycle, working closely with team members to ensure minimal downtime.- Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to develop schedules and plans that align with project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of products.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, materials used, and quality control measures to support continuous improvement initiatives.To succeed in this role, candidates should have strong technical skills in metallurgy and foundry processes. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential. Effective communication skills are important as the role involves working closely with different teams.
