Mandatory Skills:Expertise & Strong experience in root cause analysis & failure analysis,Degree/Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering or related fieldBasic hands-on experience in metallurgical testing (microstructure, hardness, etc.)-Mechanical testing and understanding of failure analysis techniques

Candidate with metallurgy, heat treatment, and nitriding background will be preferred. Should be able to communicate with the customers, handle manpower, and run the whole plant as a plant manager.

lab assistants should be able to conduct the hardness testing , mould making , polishing and cutting , micro Vickers testing , image analysing , case depth testing , report generation , and record maintenance.

Heat Treatment furnace operator , Sealed Quench furnace operator, Nitriding Furnace operator , Should be able to handle the shift independently . Should be having experience of heat treatment industry .
