This role is ideal for a professional who is experienced in MEP design, project management, and has a strong network within the construction and building industry. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for securing and managing MEP projects, with compensation tied directly to the value of the projects secured.Key Responsibilities:Project Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential MEP projects through industry connections, networking, and market research. Actively engage with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to secure new business.Design and Consultation: Provide expert MEP design and consultancy services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Ensure that designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.Project Management: Oversee the execution of MEP projects from concept to completion.
