Prepare plans, details, and specifications for plumbing, heating, ventilating, airconditioning, and general piping systems. Provide technical advice to staff designers, supervisors, inspectors, andcontracting service providers regarding the installation and maintenance ofMEP systems. Analyse architectural and structural engineering problems, formulate solutions,and identify potential design issues. Manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring proper planning andorganisation. Review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others involved inthe project. Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations as required. Review contractor's installation method statements and shopdrawings against design drawings for compliance with the designintent. Coordinate with structural and electrical engineers to ensure engineeringcoordination and provide technical clarifications when needed. Review contractor's material proposals and subcontractorrecommendations from a technical standpoint, advising the ProjectDirector accordingly.Desired Candidate Profile : Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.Produce outline designs.Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results.
