Remote Team Monitoring (Most Important)You MUST: Log in every day and supervise team live Conduct 2 daily Zoom/Google Meet sessions (AM & PM) Ensure all educators are active on video/audio Listen to their calls LIVE Correct their pitch instantly Push high energy into the team Validate their scripts, tone, objection handling Handle escalations instantly Track discipline and attendance minutelyMust have prior experience doing EXACTLY this.This is the CORE of the job.2. Remote Performance Control Track each educators calling volume Track CRM entries Track follow-ups Track closing attempts Push weak performers daily Replace non-performers fast Keep team motivated and aggressive3.
