Handle online reputation management, including responding to queries and reviews. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative digital marketing tools and techniques.Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and content creation. Strong skills in Canva/Photoshop, video editing tools, and copywriting. Familiarity with healthcare/education sector marketing is an added advantage. Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
