Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspectionsCarry out repair, replacement, and servicing of aircraft componentsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics issuesRead and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), IPC, SRMEnsure compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirementsConduct pre-flight, transit, and post-flight checksUse appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic instrumentsMaintain accurate technical records and logbooksFollow SMS and Human Factors guidelinesCoordinate with engineers, supervisors, and quality teams Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of aircraft systems (airframe, engine, avionics)Mechanical and technical troubleshooting skillsHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood communication and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with maintenance documentation systems (preferred) Education & QualificationAME / AMT course from an approved aviation instituteValid certification as per regulatory authority (where applicable)Type-rating on aircraft (preferred for experienced candidates)Freshers with strong technical fundamentals may apply Physical & Work RequirementsWillingness to work rotational shifts, nights, weekendsAbility to work in hangars, ramps, confined spacesPhysically fit to work at heights and outdoor conditions Safety & ComplianceStrict adherence to aviation safety regulationsProper use of PPE and safety equipmentImmediate reporting of safety hazards or defects
