Job Roles & Responsibilities: Fresher with Diploma Mechanical (2023, 2024) Assemble, install, repair, and maintain elevators Review blueprints or specifications to determine work equipment's Review blueprints or specifications to determine work equipment's Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications.

Sketch and draw up designs using input from engineers on the team Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs. Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs. Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing. Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics. Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets. Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals. Prepare calculations on the proposed machine before completing technical drawings Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis Provide support during the building and installation process, ensuring that the machine is built properly and according to design specifications

Research and device new techniques to increase Energy conservationo To maintain and monitor the energy conservation report.o To research for the best practices in electrical energy conservation.o To design a study in order to identify areas where energy conservation is needed andaccordingly decide upon the action items.o To conduct the study while carefully collecting and monitoring data.
