Position : Engineer DesignQualification : B.E. & Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile , NTTFExperience : 1+ yearSoftware : Solid Works , Solid Edge , UG NX , Catia V5, Creo.Requirements : 1. Designing and producing visual interpretations of automobiles and their components using computer aided design packages.2. Resolve engineering problems and find appropriate solutions.3. Building prototypes of components, developing test procedures and conducting tests using software.4. Packages and physical testing methods.5. Researching, designing and developing machinery and systems of automobiles.6. Preparing material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications.7. Studying the energy, environmental and safety aspects of the planned work.8. Investigating mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.9. Reviewing the approving designs, calculations and cost estimates.10. To design, develop, build, test and modify models.11. To design and analyze design control systems or algorithms.12. To develop methodologies in calibration, engineering specifications and cost estimates for new design concepts and control feature specifications and requirements.13. To make assembly design incorporating manufacturing process.Measurement:Quality, Process adherence, Technical value addition to projects, Documentation of projects.
