- Perform & monitor rewinding, repair of electric motor - LT/HT/DC Motors/ Pumps/ generator in accordance with repair process and given instructions to required quality and safety.- Read and make winding diagrams, Collect winding data and record on winding data sheets.- Inspect, identify and repair damaged core, Detect and troubleshoot winding faults.- Read / use winding test / measuring equipment i.e. insulation, resistance, multi-meter, conductor (low resistance Meter), growler, micrometer and Vernier caliper.- Managing of Rewinding of three-phase and single-phase motors with round and flat wire.- Managing of Fit and replace winding temperature sensors and heater.- Managing of Braze, solder and crimp winding connection- Managing of Overhaul and repair of pumps.- Managing of Coil Manufacturing

Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements. Produce outline designs. Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results. Test and evaluate theoretical designs.

Assist trainees on learning CAD applicationsDeliver quality classroom instruction.Track and record grades.Communicating expectations and providing feedback to students on their progress.Conduct course/workshop evaluations as designed and requested by Division.Good if instructor is able to facilitate and help create e-learning content / Videos / other related material.
