Job Description

- perform & monitor rewinding, repair of electric motor - lt/ht/dc motors/ pumps/ generator in accordance with repair process and given instructions to required quality and safety.

- read and make winding diagrams, collect winding data and record on winding data sheets.

- inspect, identify and repair damaged core, detect and troubleshoot winding faults.

- read / use winding test / measuring equipment . insulation, resistance, multi-meter, conductor (low resistance meter), growler, micrometer and vernier caliper.

- managing of rewinding of three-phase and single-phase motors with round and flat wire.

- managing of fit and replace winding temperature sensors and heater.

- managing of braze, solder and crimp winding connection

- managing of overhaul and repair of pumps.
