Maintenance ManagementPlan, execute, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.Carry out Predictive Maintenance (PdM) activities including vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring.Attend breakdowns and restore equipment within minimum downtime.Maintain history records of equipment maintenance.2. Equipment ReliabilityResponsible for improving reliability and maintenance of GLR, SS reactor, Centrifugal Pumps, Mag Drive pumps, Blowers, Positive Displacement Pumps, Storage tanks, vacuum Pumps, Mechanical Seal replacement, Gearbox, ANFD, Hydraulic Systems, Heat Exhangers, etc.3. Shutdown PlanningPrepare shutdown schedules.Estimate manpower requirements.Arrange spare parts and consumables.Coordinate with Production, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil and Safety departments.Ensure shutdown completion within planned duration.4. Spare Parts ManagementIdentify critical spares.Maintain minimum inventory levels.Prepare technical specifications.Verify material quality during receipt.Coordinate procurement activities.Optimize inventory without affecting reliability.5. Job Responsibility: 1. Assist Sr. Engineer in daily routine activities.2. Maintain designed MIS reports by entering data on daily & hourly basis as per requirement and posting them in required WhatsApp group.3. Manage mechanical consumable stock, maintain consumable stock report, makeinward-issue entries on daily basis.4. Make consumable requisition in the 1st week of each month on the basis of stock in hand and new projects planned for the month.5. Ensure consumable in store room are properly labelled, stacked and neat maintained.6. Survey local market to find, develop & procure OEM replacement spares. As directed by Sr. Manager visit local market in case of urgent spare purchase 7. Visit local market for new vendor development related to plant maintenance, plant operations & project related activities.8. Visit vendor location to evaluate vendor capabilities, take trial and inspect machineries that are planned to be procured.9. Visit vendor location, review progress & coordinate with the vendor in case any equipment or machineries are under repairs at vendor workshop.10. Follow-up with vendors for the dispatch & delivery of ordered consumable and plant machineries as directed by the purchase department.11. Seek quotations & make comparatives from vendors for consumable or machineries as directed by the purchase department.12. Participate in decision making and selection of new plant machinery or modification in consumable design.13. Ensure scarp generated from mechanical maintenance activity & projects are stored at its designated location. Daily scrap generation report is filed as per SOP. Scrap quantity report is maintained on daily basis.14. Plan & prepare monthly mechanical preventive maintenance schedule along with Sr. Engineer.15. Execute monthly maintenance schedule as planned. Do necessary documentation & entry of completed maintenance activity on daily basis & file report as per SOP.
