We are seeking a creative and motivated Assistant Fashion Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience. Strong sketching and illustration skills, along with proficiency in design software, are essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be a proactive team player. Creativity and a passion for fashion are crucial, as well as the ability to adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Facilitates planning and development of quality control systems for specified products or processes. Collaborates with teams of engineers and product specialists at vendors end to ensure customer and division quality requirements are met. Visit vendors for pre delivery inspection. Periodic checking of Tools and Dies with vendors for their intended use. Monitor proper maintenance of tool life records. Developing and implementing quality control systems. Reviews design, manufacturing, and testing documentation. Coordinates and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing models. Tabulate and document data relating to products, processes, materials, its qualities and reliabilities. Also prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management. Identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions. Report NC for both from customers and at vendor end. Offers technical guidance and support in response to quality testing and analysis. Ensures contract compliance by reviewing and approving quality requirements for supplier purchase orders, manufacturing, and other related services.
