QC Engineer

• facilitates planning and development of quality control systems for specified products or processes.

• collaborates with teams of engineers and product specialists at vendors end to ensure customer and division quality

requirements are met. visit vendors for pre delivery inspection.

• periodic checking of tools and dies with vendors for their intended use. monitor proper maintenance of tool life records.

• developing and implementing quality control systems. reviews design, manufacturing, and testing documentation.

• coordinates and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing

models.

• tabulate and document data relating to products, processes, materials, its qualities and reliabilities. also prepare and present

reports and metrics to senior management.

• identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions. report nc for both

from customers and at vendor end.

• offers technical guidance and support in response to quality testing and analysis.

• ensures contract compliance by reviewing and approving quality requirements for supplier purchase orders, manufacturing,

and other related services.
