Marine Segment Focus: Develop and execute strategies to promote ICPSs Caterpillar parts, repair services, and machine rehab solutions to marine clients (e.g., shipbuilders, port authorities, offshore operators). Technical Sales: Educate clients on ICPSs cost-efficient alternatives for marine equipment (e.g., ship engines, hydraulic systems, power generators) and compliance with marine safety standards. Client Acquisition: Target marine corporates, logistics hubs, and offshore projects in Mumbai, Gujarat, and Goa. OEM & Dealer Collaboration: Partner with Caterpillar users to position ICPS as a trusted repair/parts partner. Project Management: Lead tenders for marine equipment overhauls, including engine/diagnostic services for ships, barges, or port machinery. After-Sales Support: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery, from parts supply to post-repair commissioning. Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals for marine parts and repair contracts.________________________________________1. Technical Expertise:o Strong knowledge of marine engines, hydraulics, or power systems (Caterpillar or equivalent).o Understanding of marine compliance standards and repair protocols.3. Regional Knowledge:o Established network in Mumbais maritime industry, including shipyards (e.g., Mazagon Dock), ports (JNPT, Mumbai Port), and offshore operators.4.
