Place phone calls to potential clients from resources Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program Answer potential clients questions about products or goals Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to existing and new client Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times Follow up with existing and new client Drive customer acquisition of new products in conjunction with Sales. Provide implementation and operational support for new Key Accounts or new products. Provide direction, orientation, and training to sales, customer service, operations and commercial teams on new markets; segments; and products. Acquire business intelligence on market, players, operations, products and organization to support marketing, sales; products, & operations; in terms of development.
