You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.Roles and Responsibilities:Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.Qualifications:Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Responsibilities and Deliverables : Planning , Resources Organizing and Execution of Production Plan with timely delivery as per plan. To achieve all Organizational Goals as per plan in all aspects. To monitor Production Plan at all levels and stages on Daily / Weekly and Monthly basis and takenecessary proactive actions as per need. Proactive planning of all resources required (Man / Machine / Material / Method) to achieve Goalsdefined by Top management. Strictly adherence to all laid down Quality Management Systems and processes. Ensure that all Process and System Parameters are strictly followed to enhance desired ProductQuality. Ensure for Quality of Product produce at each working stage is as per requirement and there is no anyre-work on any part or assembly. To ensure for finished Product Quality is at par to comply Customers requirements. Result oriented and measurable Continual improvements in various systems and processes in Plant areto be incorporated to upgrade the Work Culture, Systems and Processes. To impart the Best Industry Practices and World class System: to enhance total cultural change. To ensure all Safety, Health and Environmental Practices are strictly adhered in Plant and ensure forZero Accident every day. Zero in process rejection and Zero wastage of material and energy shall be achieved. Strictly adherence to Autonomous Maintenance as guided by Maintenance Team for all Machine andEquipment. Identify and impart Poka yoke (Mistake proofing) Technique where ever required to eliminatemanufacturing defects and re-work. Ensure for good interactions and communication with Customer.
