As a Machine Operator Helper, you will support the machine operators in their daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and requires a minimum educational qualification of passing the 10th grade.Key Responsibilities:- Assist Machine Operators: Work closely with machine operators to help set up and maintain equipment, ensuring all operations run effectively.- Load and Unload Materials: Safely load raw materials into machines and unload finished products, ensuring the right quantities are handled.- Monitor Machine Performance: Keep an eye on machine operations and quality of output, reporting any issues or irregularities to the operator.- Maintain Clean Work Area: Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols to minimize risks in the area.- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.Required Skills and Expectations:- Basic Technical Skills: Understanding of basic machine operations is beneficial, but training will be provided for new hires.- Physical Stamina: The job involves manual labor and physical tasks, so you should be able to lift heavy objects safely.- Team Player: Must be able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with machine operators and other team members.- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to the quality of work being produced.- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on new challenges is essential for growth in this role.
