Machine Operator Helper || Freshers & Experienced

As a Machine Operator Helper, you will support the machine operators in their daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and requires a minimum educational qualification of passing the 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Machine Operators: Work closely with machine operators to help set up and maintain equipment, ensuring all operations run effectively.

- Load and Unload Materials: Safely load raw materials into machines and unload finished products, ensuring the right quantities are handled.

- Monitor Machine Performance: Keep an eye on machine operations and quality of output, reporting any issues or irregularities to the operator.

- Maintain Clean Work Area: Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols to minimize risks in the area.

- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Basic Technical Skills: Understanding of basic machine operations is beneficial, but training will be provided for new hires.

- Physical Stamina: The job involves manual labor and physical tasks, so you should be able to lift heavy objects safely.
