JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Role: Production Worker (DTG Printer & Heat Press Operator) Job Type: Full-Time. Languages: ENGLISH Is Mandatory. All Training And Operations Will Be In English Language Only. Shift Timings: 9:00 Am To 6:00 Pm (Includes 1 Hour Break) Job Location: Magarpatta Road. Operating Digital Direct To Garment Ink Printing Equipment Using Pick Lists To Determine Style, Color, Size, And Quantity Daily Cleaning And Maintenance Of The Assigned Machine Quality Check Of Finished Product And Maintaining A Clean And Safe Work Area In Which Assignment Is Given. Maintain A Safe And Clean Work Environment By Keeping The Work Area Neat And Complying With Safety Procedures, Rules, And Regulations. Previous Print Experience Is Desired But Not Required. Light Industrial Environment Experience Desired As Well. Willing To Train The Right Individuals With The Proper Attitude And Desire To Learn. Maintains Inventory Of Supplies Needed To Operate Printing Machines. Troubleshoots Issues With Printing Machine And Makes Basic Repairs. Performs Routine Maintenance On Printing Machines. Maintains A Clean Area Around Printing Machinery. Performs Other Related Duties As Assigned. BASIC REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: Ability To Operate Or To Quickly Learn To Operate Various Printing Machines And Related Software. Ability To Follow Instructions. Excellent Organizational Skills Graduation, High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required. Vocational/Technical School Training Preferred; On-The-Job Training Provided. Previous Related Experience Preferred.

Operating the lathe: Using a lathe to cut, sand, drill, and turn materials like wood, metal, and glass Setting up the lathe: Reading blueprints and schematics, calculating dimensions, and ensuring the machine is in working order Monitoring the lathe: Ensuring the tool settings are within tolerances and adjusting controls as needed Measuring and inspecting: Measuring the dimensions of completed products to verify they meet specifications Maintaining the lathe: Replacing worn parts, sharpening tools, and performing basic equipment maintenance Training others: Teaching other employees how to use the lathe Recommending materials: Examining raw materials and recommending quality materials and vendors

Diploma Mech with strong engineering background for Assembly engineering for various parts / components. Candidate must be ready to operate the assembly machine in rotational shifts
