Job description1) Prepare patients for procedures: involves explaining procedures to patients, positioning them onthe imaging table, and making sure they are comfortable and properly shielded from radiation.2) Operate imaging equipment: To use x-ray machines, computed tomography (CT) scanners,magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines, and other types of imaging equipment to createimages of the body. Adjust the equipment to produce the best possible images and ensure thesafety of patients and themselves from radiation.3) Analyze images: analyze images to ensure that they are of high quality and to capture allnecessary information. To liaise with physicians or other healthcare professionals to interpret theimages and make diagnoses.4) Maintain equipment: responsible for maintaining imaging equipment, ensuring that it is clean,properly calibrated, and in good working order.
