Cargo Handling & OperationsOversee cargo acceptance, screening, build-up, and break-down processes.Ensure timely and safe loading and unloading of cargo.Monitor cargo movement, storage, and inventory within the warehouse.Coordinate special cargo handling (DG, perishables, valuables, AVI, pharma).2. Documentation & CompliancePrepare, verify, and process cargo documents (AWB, HAWB, MAWB, manifests).Ensure compliance with IATA, airline, and customs regulations.Handle E-AWB and e-freight processes.Maintain records of inbound/outbound shipments and irregularity reports.3. Customer Service & CoordinationCommunicate with shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.Provide shipment updates and resolve customer queries.Handle discrepancies, delays, damages, or lost cargo cases.Liaise with customs, CHA agents, warehouse teams, and security personnel.4.
