Conduct review meeting with all authorities and project team once a monthb) Stakeholder Management and Liaison? Building consensus amongst various stakeholders on key issues and initiatives of theproject? Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between Schools , project staff,? Work with stakeholders to assess program performancec) Team Management? Lead the project implementation team and other staff for the project.? Identification of KRAs for the staff in the project implementation team in andorganisations strategies and approach for such project.? Review standard operating procedures for the functioning of WellnessCentre and approval from concerned authorities as and when required? Supervising sensitively all critical and medico legal cases of students and resolvingthem with the help of the Project management team?
